PRO: This place have its own charm. Good nice cozy ambiance. Ideal for dates or you want to catch up with your friends. You’ll get your space and you can comfortably intact with your people. You’ll find good decent crowd.
CON: Since I have been going to this place regularly I recommend it’s high time that they should have more beer options. Usually they just 2-3 options.

This place used to be my favourite go to place for grabbing snacks and smoothies. I have visited this place more than 8 times, however my last experience was not at all pleasant. The staff was not co-operative. When I say staff it's the lady who stands outside the cafe and note down your name and number and also the person at the bar counter was more interested in mocking people around him.
I would really not appreciate this kind of gestures from any of your staff members. I am definitely not gonna visit Munick from now on.

If we talk about the place n it's ambience, will give it atleast 4 stars ..it's a classic with perfect look n one can occupy a nice corner to spend some really good time with family, friends or as a couple. Food, mocktails or cocktails all nicely prepared n presented.

Regarding waiters n other staff , well that takes away 1 star n makes it 3 stars. Staff is untrained, not polite or welcoming as they should be. Infact, it can even be a bit of a turn off too at certain moments. Still they bestow service charges on guests ,owner needs to look into this.
