I ordered Ceylon cinnamon from this site. My money got debted from my account and no confirmarion from them. I mailed them repeatedly to the customer care. Till date no reply. I shared the screen shot of my payment. I called on customer care. Worst experience. No one attended. At last one voice message came advising me to leave my message. Horrible. Now i am confused to order or not

I had never expected the farmers website to be so customer friendly . Ordering on line was a superb experience for me . I had ordered til gud laddoos and they were very well packed , fresh with home made touch .. just sweet enough and soft ! My friends and relatives enjoyed them over Diwali .
