I have been a regular looks customer since many years but my recent experience at looks opposite fun mall lucknow has been terrible. The receptionist charged twice as high for my 3 year old sons hair cut and on being asked why she said these are flat prices. On further probing, I realized she was charging me wrongly for the service. Despite realizing her error she was far from apologetic and was extremely rude with words like you should have known the rate if you are a regular customer and you should have checked the rate list. I was shocked and almost felt cheated had I not interrogated about the prices. The refund was done after a long series of unpleasant arguments. And yes, I has to wait for 30 min to acquire an invoice.

Got waxing service from Neha mam.. must say doesn’t felt any pain etc.. she is so efficient with her skills that I cant go anywhere else now. Looking forward for more services from her in future. Ambience is also good n neat thr.

Was going to do my hair botox but stalled the idea after they gave me an inexperienced guy for pedicure!
He scraped my heal so bad that is bleeding and that wasn't all he kept on making stupid explanations ...I could not handle it until he tried to hurt my cuticle....all this for 1180 foot pedicure!
Amazes me how can you have such an incompetent staff when your pricing is that high....
Not only that he was winding up without actually cleaning my toes...when I was livid and bleeding they sent another staff who was an experienced person!
