1. Bathroom problem: The biggest problem that I faced during my stay was water crisis and worst bathroom conditions. When I first got there seeing the room I thought it'd be okay for what I was paying. 3500 for an month without food. But after paying the payment from the second day my problems started with the bathroom condition. As I went there in December and the temperature at night was close to 6/7° centigrade. It was bone chilling cold. And in morning it was 10/12°. So the floor where I was given my room had a common bathroom where at least 4 people used to use. But most of the day there wasn't any water supply to that bathroom. I had to bring the water from ground floor and bath. Forget about geyser there wasn't even any water to rinse your hands. So I had to bath in cold water with temperature of 9/10°c. And the condition of bathroom was worst than the problem. The door was broken and couldn't lock the door while bathing.
2. Bad behaviour from owner: After all that comes management problem, the owner was very unprofessional. Before I arrived there I told him that I need room for 35 days so it's 4/5 days more than a month. He asked me to give the payment for one month which is 3500. But before 3 days of my sheduled departure from there he asked me to give him 1000 rs. extra for extra 5 days stay and also continuously telling him about the bathroom he didn't do anything about it. Till the last day of my stay I faced the problem of water crisis. It was also a place for frequency drinkers.
3. Frequent adda of alcohol drinkers: Most often the owner used to bring his friends and drink in the lobby(which is also the entrance of PG).
4. Room conditions: The room was Unexpectedly fine I'd say.

I had an amazing time staying here !! Awesome services..rooms were bright, spacious and clean, great food cooked.Feels like living in your own home.Friendly response by the owner and their family!!
Definitely gonna visit again....

Highly recommended.

It's suitable for students Job Person and Environment is Better Food quality is good.
No Problem incoming and outgoing.

But some person are greedy for Money.
