The onwers are just concerned with people who use their advanced services through which they can fool people, for others they don't pay attention.
Got a haircut and the person was interested in earning money rather than focusing on what customer has to say. First of all he tried to get my hair cut from untrained office boy. If you dont have time ask the customer politely to visit after some time rather destroying the hair. For anything I had to say he had just one rude answer "it is better this way".
He did not even change the blade of razor which I realized later. He did not apply paper around the neck unless prompted twice after which he did it reluctantly. Did not apply brush to clean hair from face neck.
Well there are a lot of complaints from this very first and little service I got.
Should focus on customer satisfaction and treat every customer equally. No professionalism sadly.

I had been to this salon first time for waxing on basis of rating i strictly recommend not to visit for waxing or beauty services for ladies i had face wax and full arm and under arm. The way she did wax i have patch on my faces and under arm red patches very roughly she did waxing please do not visit for ladies beauty services as i need to visit to doctor for this issue.
