I have taken my breakfast , lunch and dinner at the restaurant many a times. The food is tasty and worthy for money . But hotel shubham for stay is worst . The rooms are full of cockroaches and they clean the rooms after soo much request. The attitude of reception and helpers are rude. They will charge extra according to there will. The owner might be unaware of these frauds of his employees. The bathrooms were dirty and the taps and shower were having leakage. The change of such rude and incompetent staff is necessary for maintaining the reputation of hotel.

Good facility, co-oprative staff,but they charge double for room services like if you ordered a cup of tea and if out of hotel the tea price is 10 then the staff charged you 20(They added his tip selfly)
