1. Had called the hotel to keep the room ready, half an hour before checking in, but had to wait in the lobby till they prepared my room. Yet the room had packets of condom, and other things like used comb and old newspaper inside the drawers.

2. The room had a window without curtains and a bathroom without basin.

3. Called reception at around 8:30 for breakfast but was asked to wait for 20 mins as nothing was prepared. Called at 9, was asked to call 5 mins later. Called at 9:15 and out of the entire options in the menu under breakfast, only aloo paratha was available. The complimentary breakfast includes 2 hot dishes, 1 cereal, tea and toast, but there's nothing available in the restaurant. Btw its 10:30 and I'm yet to have my breakfast.

Honestly I don't a see a thing in the hotel that justifies the 4+ star rating. Very disappointing.

3rd class sticky and super small rooms.
Room service is pathetic, they will do again and again the same mistake even if you give them in written. Not a place to stay.

Never book this hotel for any function or occasion......3rd grade service but full payment in advance.
