Hotel neelkanth is among good hotels in Lucknow. Rooms are good, prices are average,bathrooms in rooms are in good condition. Beds, bedsheets pillows all are new. But it's build in very small space kitchen is not available inside hotel. They serve food from outside. I was there for 10 days.

This is not the service expected from OYO Or neelkanth hotel.. The manager was very rude and he refused to give us any booking confirmation.. He told that pre paid booking is not allowed... They wanted extra payment from us.. We were all girls who come for conference and they didn't treat us well.. They were very arrogant and shouting on us.. We called oyo customer care 5 times.. They didn't do any help regarding hotel staff.. Very dissappointing and bad experience.. Will never trust OYO service again
