This is the worst property discovered ever. Hotel manager and receptionist, they denied check-in and asking for 3 times extra charges then what it was booked for.
Even when we tried to convince, that ruthless and shameless receptionist was misbehaving and using abusive words with lady present.
This property has to be checked and should be put on surveillance strictly by OYO.

Not only he stopped there, after denying check-in , we have to look out for other property and he did marked us checked-in and checked out. Thus is fraud and shameless

Stayed there for 4 days. Complimentary breakfast is not there. Reception guys will never pick up the phone. Room service guys will also never pick up the phone. Towels were not provided for the first two days. You cannot operate the AC in your room - you will have to go down and request the reception guy to send somebody to change the AC temperature with a simple remote from 22 to 26 or whatever you want to keep it at (they will not let you keep the remote).

Food is decent.

Fan does not work (very low speed). They will provide you with a thick winters blanket. So the sleep may not be comfortable for everybody.

Worst hotel you will ever find. Stayed here they rejected my booking from oyo had their own price list, the recptionist behavior was totally disrespectful and even the owner was not good. And the rooms whatever they show you in picture you will not get the same room. Compared to price they had will suggest never get this Hotel! Worst ever experience in lucknow! Don't know why oyo have their chain with them when the don't accpect the booking made through Oyo!
