Very unhygienic rooms, the tv wasn't working we got two rooms there for one night both the AC's had broken buttons, the bedsheets were torn, the staff couldn't bother to even clean the rooms after giving us the rooms, I have dust allergy so the dust in that room was like hell for me, the wallpaper was coming off the walls and the system for the drinking water was very unclean, the staff also was also very unresponsive, overall, I would not recommend any of you to stay there.

Very nice rooms . Services are good , average room charge , very clean , nice environment . Must visit if u need room at reasonable rates .

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Lucknow! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.
