I stayed here for 2 nights in month of march. 3 bed room cost with breakfast around 3200rs. i felt it was good. room service fantastic , behavior excellent . My room was quite big, so problem faced. Car parking facilities are there. No restaurant / dining hall is there but room service , taste of food is excellent. location is also good.

Firstly, I noticed that there were insects in my room. This was quite alarming and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I understand that it can be difficult to control insects in a hotel setting, but I would suggest that you take steps to address this issue.

Secondly, I experienced slow water flow in the tap in my room. This was quite inconvenient. I would suggest that you check the plumbing system in the hotel and ensure that it is functioning properly.

Overall, I would rate my stay at your hotel as average due to these issues. While they did not completely ruin my experience, they did detract from my enjoyment of the stay. I hope that you will take these suggestions into consideration and work to improve the experience for future guests.

I had resided here during a conference in lucknow , their services are so good they allowed me for early check-in and late check-out . they were so cooperative , and the staff were so polite and professional. Whatever services I had asked for ,they provided me in minutes.
So all the basic negative reviews trust me this hotel is really really nice.
