All these employees of hdfclife Deependra, Mohit, Ankit are doing fraud in the name of selling term insurance. They will explain you 1 policy and sell you a completely different policy just for the sake of increasing their commission. I have suffered a lot because of these people. I would never recommend hdfclife to anyone. And especially the above mentioned people.

I've bought one HDFC life tern insurance policy in 2019 and premium monthly debit was set through my credit card and it was perfectly working till June21. Suddenly I came to know on September that the police has lapsed and the premium was not paid since July'21. After that I found the it has happened due to new Credit card has been issued in July it was not debiting. Henceforth I paid all my pending premium on 9th sep21 but after repeated mail follow-up also it has not even activated again. Their toll free no is not working. Very pathetic service and approach . Please take care of my issue.
