It's a really nice place for workout. The trainers are really good... Jeetu sir for aerobics and Himanshu sir and Tauheed sir in strength section all are well trained and train us well too. They'll tell you if you're not doing any exercise correctly but you can't expect that all the coaches will be looking after you everytime if you want that you can opt for personal training session.

great workouts! I made the best choice by selecting to The staff here is incredibly friendly and qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. Special thanks to Himanshu they are very corporative . You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym ????

It’s a nice gym/fitness centre, they have a the latest machines and trained trainers, all the staff of the gym is very helpful and friendly. They have ample parking area as well and the gym is perfectly located at the Vikas nagar power house chauraha.
