One item was not delivered out of the 2 products bought...they keep on saying that it is delivered...no money back nothing...delivery partner also doesn't ask anything to confirm he is delivering at right place or not....very bad experience

034146515 is my order no. Its was pre paid order. I have only received 5 items out of 6. But the 6th item seems to be out of stock but i have already paid for that. I haven't received the money yet for the undelivered item. Pls help.

I had ordered groceries from grocers on 13th. Today the delivery boy delivered my packets. After viewing I found that one of them was not ordered by me.after complaining the delivery boy said that I'll have to wait and he took away one of those packets. Now he came back took back the remaining groceries and gave my cash to me.all I want to say that why this mishandling and where to complain
