Horrible!!
Pathetic service. They take the order and never even provide a single mail or msg confirmation. They don't deliver the products in time and never update you about the delay. When you cancel the order, they refund the money in their wallet and not in your bank account. Such a horrible way of cheating customers. Also the amount that they refund is excluding the delivery fee. I don't understand how can you charge your customer delivery fee when you have not even delivered a single item.
On top of all this, worst customer support. They never respond to your complaints.
Why do you people enter in such a business when you don't know how to manage it.??
I want my entire money back in my bank account and not your stupid wallet.
