Best gym in Lucknow for girls. Packages are also very affordable. They offer you a variety of packages such as - Kickboxing, aerobics, Pilates, Strength training and cardio. Very well trained and humble staff. Excellent trainer. They will help you to stay healthy by telling you a very easy diet. The gym is very clean and airy. I am about to complete 1 year in this gym and trust me the owner, trainer, staff all are very cooperative and humble. Its like being with your very own sisters.

Best gym in Lucknow for girls.Very well trained and humble staff. Excellent trainer. They will help you to stay healthy. The gym is very clean and airy. Trainers are well trained. Both the trainer Chavi and Seema mam are humble. Safe for girls. They give training all the clients not one or two
