Awful services, disgusting employees. My mother is 55 years old, she asked one of the girls to check for extra hair on the chin, the girl refused and gave her a very offensive answer. In terms services, unskilled and overconfident. I RECOMMEND TO USE A SHAVER IN YOUR HOUSE THAN GOING TO THEM!

Edit: In your reply below, i'd like to point out two things:
1) Chin threading price is almost same everywhere. To the 'lady' THAT you're referring to has been living in a penthouse for almost 30 years now, trust me, it wasn't about the money
2) It was about how untrained is your staff and how insensitive they are towards a senior citizen. Also, the issue was regarding the incompetence of the service and its further accountability, wherein my mother asked her if she could check any extra hair.

Its so sad to see your reply wherein you have blamed the customer first and then apologized. Nevertheless, consider 3 less customers from your thriving cult of a business :)
