This is a construction-linked-payment project. A total 13 construction linked installments were to be paid. The first installment (booking amount) was done in August 2016. Since then, 12 installments have been paid. The last installment (on fitting of windows / door shutters of the unit) was made in October 2019. Payment demand for the last installment i.e. on offer of possession is pending since then i.e. for more than 2 years. On asking why are they not demanding payments for last installment and not handing over the flat, they beat around the bush and do not give the date of possession.
I smell something fishy. A Reputed foreign company like Emaar has the audacity to do fraud in India.
