I went there, the dogs were good, but the service was very very bad. We ordered food for which we waited quite a long time but after asking 2-3 times they said that our ordered food can't be prepared. Also we were told that, the amount which was entry fees will be compensated in the food but no food was served to us and nothing got compensated.

They have 5 dogs and all are cute but, I will never visit that place again because of bad service.

Extremely bad experience at cafe as animals were peeing on couches and pooping at floor anywhere.
We ordered 2 drink one was served after 20 minutes and the other was served after 40 minutes of ordering.
The dogs were looking very depressed as if the management don't really care about them.
No hygiene was maintain. We needed to wash the hand but there was no soup or sanitizer available.
They only charge high and give no value for money. Everything there is just business strategy.

An authentic South Indian restaurant in Matunga . I always visit this restaurant when I am in Mumbai.

Do note that the waiting time during weekends for breakfast can be 15-30 mins. But the queue moves pretty quick.

Service and staff are great here.

Coming to the food, all the items here are delicious. I would recommend the following:
1) Pudi idli
2) goli bhajji
3) Ullundu dosa with ghee
4) idli vada

There were other sweets as well but I cannot comment as I did not try it.
