Allow me to outline the two main issues that ruined my party: the appalling buffet system and the abysmal state of the rooms.

Let's start with the buffet system, or rather, the lack thereof. I expected a delightful culinary experience, but what I encountered was far from it. The buffet selection was meager, and the quality of the food was subpar at best. The limited variety and lack of freshness were truly disheartening. It seemed as if the hotel had made no effort to provide a satisfying dining experience for its guests. The dishes lacked flavor, and the presentation was lackluster. To make matters worse, the replenishment of the buffet items was incredibly slow, leaving guests waiting for extended periods of time.
