My experience with this gym is great only because of the trainer named lovneet , he is very experienced and skillful, helped me to transform myself with his personal training in just 3 months, i had lose 20 weight just from his personal training and diet plan. I personally prefer everyone to join the gym and take the training only from Trainer lovneet sir , i promise you won't regret. Must join this gym.

A very well equipped gym with professional trainers. Mr. Luvneet is a dedicated trainer and guides me a lot throughout my workout.

The gym instructors go around the hall without paying attention to the trainee. Instructors talk about under-the-table money for private training, and it feels awkward because one instructor is training all females for some reason, and the other shouts or is rude to them. The cleaning staff is sitting/eating/sleeping in the women changing room, and it is rarely hygenic. Its a scam, the membership is for cult fitness, they don't have a trainer for zumba/yoga/etc., and its a scheme for luring customers to become private trainees instead, which again is a bomb charge in a place like Lucknow.
