Worst and horrible experience, a fat short height person with moustache is rude, unprofessional, no manners how to talk people. Location is very close to Charbagh (Lucknow Station) Will not recommended....

Would've given a 0 star if it was possible! Absolutely unprofessional behaviour from the person at the front desk. Rude and disrespectful all the way, has no idea how to treat guests. Rooms are dirty, sheets are stained, bathrooms are usable but not great. Location not very reachable, when I called the front desk for asking where the hotel is, the response I got was "poochke aana"! Wouldn't suggest this place even as a last resort, STAY SOMEPLACE ELSE!
