It's like the Dwalat ki Chat gali of Lucknow. Expensive and very average. Nothing like Malaiyya of Varanasi and also variations available in many cities of UP and Delhi.
The dead giveaway is that these guys are selling the chat all year round. Authentic Mallaiyya or Dawlat Chat by nature can only remain stable during the freezing cold encountered Dec-Jan in the North. Its mostly sold during the early morning hours as the temperature start rising again.
The taste and texture is also very different from other parts. So not sure if the Dawlat chat from here can be recommended.

Average taste.. Also I huge disagreement on the Name... It's Malai-makkhan
