Google needs a zero star rating for businesses like these.
Shipment tracking unavailable, no one answering phone on customer care for the last 2 weeks. The shipment is related to really important medicines but no one cares at all.
Terrible company. Use a parrot to deliver parcels, more likely they will reach the destination, than DTDC
