Best courier service ever. Many companies have tried to work on this module but they failed.

The basic premise of a courier company to be in existence is delivery of the consignments booked through them, what do we do when they fail in that very same thing. If only there were another worst kind of courier service available for reference in what has now become inherent callousness in DTDC's customer centricity/service or the lack of it - which in my recent call to the Apex head of Lucknow I realised comes from top down.
I'm not sure of DTDC service pan India but I can speak of our experience with them in several of the Teir II cities it is as bad as this one, though this office takes the cake.
