This dog owner is a scammer. They sold me a 42 days old dog(golden retriever) 10 days back with mites infection. When i went to confront him he said we are not responsible for infection and we only sell them. Such scammers they are, first sell a a dog with infection then they say they are not responsible. I will never recommend anyone to buy any pet from these scammers. They should be shut down forever. Pathetic people who keep animals in a pathetic condition and all they are Interested is in making money. Never ever trust this shop.

I shouldn’t even wanted to give 1 star! But there was no other option below this! I have been to this store quite a few times now ! But always ignored the boy sitting on thệ billing counter. But this time it became worst when I asked about my billing. He was so rude and don’t have manner to speaks. I don’t know how he got this job but then we consulted with the owner he was more rude. They only know how to make people fool and sell medicines which is not even required to the pets . They don’t know how to make relation with the customers. Customer are not ‘God’ they are ‘Fool’ to them!

Pragya is the most genuine pet shop owner i have met...... She is straightforward about her views ... She has a great attitude and her advice about pet care is thorough and genuine.
My pet Labrador has been in her care since the day he was born and i have never had any problems at all.
