This hotel is in prime location ,just outside alambagh railway station. Room was OK and room service staff was good. But the reception guys were horrible. Even my belongings were lost from the room during my stay.

Service /room etc are fair but you can't expect luxurious room & professional service staff .
Being in hospitality industry staff should welcome & greet the guest .
Infra is old but location is on advantage,easily connected with metro so that you can avoid road traffic.

My room fan was making more noise than the airconditioner.
The bathroom exhaust fan was not working.
I stayed for one night only with minimum use of hotel service etc.
