I went there with a minor head injury, I just needed some proper dressing and one shot of tetanus.
They were slow like a sloth, but I understand they could have other things on priority. After that they didn't have gauge pieces, micro bandage, my hair was not trimmed properly around the wound and at one point they were not sure how to tie the bandage around the head... And at another point the person handling me had no gloves on... I went there around 9am, thinking there would be emergency staff. I saw one doc sitting in OPD 1 while i was leaving and I thought, i was bleeding and was handled by no doctor, just a ward boy and a nurse. I only know how I kept my anger to myself.
And yes, I was given no antibiotics, so I bought that by myself.
Kudos to your staff for being so careless, including the doctor in available.
