This is the third time we have booked with citylink travels . 1st time there were quite a few lapses , but we chose to overlook and some of the problems were addressed . 2nd time was quite fine and I would rate them a 3 star . But this 3rd time was very disappointing. Mr Azam and his team are very active during the booking and payment phase . This time they just booked the tickets and the hotels and no further arrangements as should be done by travel agencies . At this exorbitant price of the tour package , Thomas Cook , makemy trip , and the likes would have given us 5 star services . Our group of 25 senior citizens had to make all the arrangements for local sightseeing by our selves . Mr Azam , we shall never again make the mistake of booking with City links travels .

I was part of Group tour of 27 people, senior citizens, from Lucknow and Delhi for Kashmir for 7 days and had to undergo a lot of hassles, starting from issue of boarding passes for the flight, all of us packed in a 26seater bus alongwith our baggages for the entire duration of tour, No dedicated tour guide and many other issues not possible to enumerate here.
Overall a SUBSTANDARD tour management .

The owner Mr Azam is a fantastic person with immense knowledge in travel industry.At least 10 foreign destinations I have travelled which City Link Travels had arranged and all the trips were memorable.
Highly commendable ????
