I've had several dishes here while visiting it for a week and the everyday experience was similar.
The food I had were all good but were not the best. Like there was nothing extraordinary.

Raj Kachori was pretty average, Rasmali was good, Chinese Platter was average, Khasta Kachori was very good but the sabji was not, Masala Dosa was good, Vada was very nice but the idli wasn't, Chola Bhatura was good but in the 1st serving I found a bug in the bhatura so they replaced the meal, samosas were good, Noodles were very good.

About the staff; the waiting staff was not very professional, they never get to you on their own, never even try to lok into your direction, we're required to shout all the time whether its for placing the order or asking for the bill. I think they can do something about this and it'll definitely uplift the overall experience.

Also, the menu is a quite extensive one but most of the items were not available. I was trying to not repeat my dishes in those 7 days and was keen to try as much dishes I can but somehow I didn't get to try some of them and had to repeat my orders of Masala Dosa.

The place is quite affordable. They definitely ensure hygiene at the outlet. The food quality is at par with what is ensured by the Bikanervala brand. You can have snacks, main-courses, deserts and infact, shop for savouries. You should definitely try the Pyaaz-Kachori that they serve (ask for green chutney alag se!).
