LUCKNOW is now delighted with some info arabic cuisine. Yes Barkaas is now here in LUCKNOW with the amazing Arabian concept . Of Mandi
The outlet is located in aliganj and have the traditional Arabian seating called majlis where you can see floor seating and enjoy your Arabian food in the way Arabs do .
So they have all basic Arabian dishes especially Mandi which is a combination of rice and non veg . But vegetarians don’t get disappointed they have veg options too.
So you also can enjoy there and hangout.
The prices are economical and food was delicious. You can get the authentic Arabian taste .
Loved the vibes and especially the food
Also you get the Arabian desserts like kunafa and khubani ka meetha which were drool worthy.
So enjoy this new outlet in aliganj

Barkaas Indo-Arabic is a recently launched place for foodies in the City of Nawabs - Lucknow, something new and relishing for the taste buds. A mix of Indian and Arabic spices gives you a totally different experience. Location, ambience and hospitality is too good. Vinay is too good as a host, full of patience and guides you accordingly as you go through the new menu. Order the specialties of Barkaas from starters to sweet dish and you will feel the change in taste.. It is equally good for veg and non-veg lovers. During the evening's rush is at high level so I would suggest to better have a reservation and go there.

If you wish to experience that fine blend of middle eastern palette with Indian authentic Mughlai and Hyderabadi cuisine.
STOP and Settle down!
You've reached the perfect place.
The Location - Situated on first floor, its located right in epicentre of Aliganj (Mahanagar, to be precise).
Ample parking space around the restaurant.
Lift is available. So yeah its easy for elderly(s) as well.
The ambience - Overall the decor and setup is beautiful. The Darbar cubicles are nicely done and the central dining area is good as well.
What takes 1 star off the rating is the rush and how the overall experience takes a toll when you see many people waiting and peeping for their turn. A separate waiting area would have been so great, both for those who are eating and those who are waiting. Average wait time on weekends - 15-40 mins.
The Food - Overall the flavours are new, this blend is new, but isn't different enough that you would be sceptical. So yes you'll love the food. That's my guarantee.
Bandi is a Lebanese form of biryani which is served with your desired mutton/chicken recipe. The rice is same for all the Bandi(s) its just the mutton/chicken flavours that changes.
The Staff - Humble and Good! Needs a little polish but overall 4/5
Pricing - I won't say its cheap but I found the pricing justified. The dishes are good, unique, with different flavour and overall the experience deserve that pricing.
For 3 people, with average appetite the bill was around Rs. 1600 (1 Soup, 3 starters, 1 dessert, 1 Quarter Bandi).
I would say Rs. 500-750 should be your expected per person cost.
The Location - 4.5/5
The Ambience - 4/5
The Food - 5/5
The Staff - 4/5
The Pricing - 4/5
