I am doing workout here from about an year. Nothing actually stopped me to have an awesome session everyday. The people, environment and every other thing is awesome. Every guy is friendly, it doesn't matter who you are. If you're in Arham it'll feel like you're in home. Fareed Bhai with his tremendous work and experience continuously motivating others to DO HARD AND LOOK HARD. ????????????????????????????????♠

Main thing about this gym is that u will get full support from the trainers along with his assistant(Bilaal) both guys helped me a lot during my exercises nd now i have a better shape in just 2 years ,.....a long journey from being a thin boy -u003e towards becoming muscular nd i have also posted some of my best pics with u all so i hope guys this could be enough for u all to get motivated from me............hey, hey ,hey but u must remember proteins, gainers dumbells could not give u anything in return if u will not work hard on ur body ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️????????????????
