No proper knowledge of AC repair..i used his service last year for my Window AC gas leakage issue, he asked my to change the whole back panel of my AC as he was unable to repair/welding that part..i trusted his thoughts and paid him more than 8000 for that and now just after 1 year my AC got leaked again..but now i hired technician from Urban company and he found the big leakage from the pipe which he joined/welded last year after filling the gas (after changing the back panel, gas re filling was done) we found that he had has added a very long pipe which should not be used, as the pipe was too long so it got cracked with the vibration of AC, normally the pipe should not be this long in size which he joints last year…and now come to the most shocking part, this Urban company technician tells me that the whole back part was not even needed to be changed as copper coils get repaired easily no matter how many wholes are there and where is the location of those wholes, so finally he charged me more than 8000 for a simple work which should have costed less than 3000 and still my AC got leaked again just after 1 year..and now i have to spend 3000 more to refill the gas..so basically i lost more than 8000 just because he had no proper knowledge and experience.
