If you are looking for an exceptional workout environment, quality trainers who really care and go above and beyond to motivate you and help you, then GOOD SHAPE is your stop. ???? By far, good shape offers the best facilities around, be it the ‘ funtivities ‘ that we usually have on saturdays or zumba sessions on weekdays. It has a separate floors for weight training, cardio and crossfit.
This is not any regular gym, everyday is a new day here. ???? workouts are fun, vibe is great and trainers really push you in the right way.
I love this place, and I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to start their fitness journey and feel good about it. This gym has a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors.
This was my first fitness journey experience and I am glad it was with Good shape! ♥️ All thanks to Vishesh sir, Tushar sir and Ankit sir. Hands down the best gym.

An amazing place for working out...with very positive and energetic vibes..Trainers are very supportive and helpful and Mr. Vishesh the Owner is very polite humble and a down to earth personality.

Summing up would say that its an amazing place for both The fitness freaks as well the who are new and in learning phase like me.
