Best place to do workout and change your lifestyle. Every session is amazing and best trainers.Ultimate Knights gym is best place to keep fit and active with experienced gym trainers. There are many complimentary group classes like zumba, yoga etc.the equipment's are good . But locker and shower are not available and they dont give best advise for any typ of diet plan.. .. Best of luck to the team ..

As a part of this gym I want to share my views regarding this gym .As this is a perfect place to give a shape to your body..As this gym provide facilities like- cardio ,CrossFit,aerobics,gym this all activities at a reasonable price..And the behaviour of the gym members is also very good all the members are of cooperative nature..And specially the owner of the gym is of very good nature..They co-operate with all the members of the gym..At last according to me this a best unisex gym in Kanpur south.
