Must say my experience with the Fitness studio by Karan Kapoor have not been disappointed! I train here 6 times a week and find the consistent positive environment and Karan who take class creating a perfect workout environment. The most important part is that is a constant push from the trainers to achieve an extra mile in the right way. It’s a hard workout with happy people! And I am seeing results for sure.

Excellent training! Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. You can train according to your suitable time and also seek guidance from Karan ,our greatest inspiration for the right use of any additional products to supplement your diet and workout. Highly recommended !

I've been going to "The Fitness Studio Gym by Karan Kapoor" for several months now, and I absolutely love it. The facilities are clean and modern, the equipment is top-of-the-line, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Plus, the classes are challenging and motivating. Highly recommend!

Joined this gym a month ago and I could already see positive change in my energy levels .
This gym is located at a great location.
Gym trainer Karan is extremely qualified, and indeed a fitness expert . Apart from workouts , he will give you consultations on diet and supplements. They have all the supplements available , which you can purchase.
Trainer Sandeep is very professional and track every individual's workout .He will consistently push your limits and help during your workouts.
You can get a lot of inspiration around you which will make your workouts fun.
It's affordable and has all the equipments available. Highly recommended !
