Ordered a cake from this place for a very special occasion. It was a customised cake. I confirmed multiple times if they have understood my requirement and they delivered the cake when party had already started. To add to our disappointment, when we opened the packaging, the cake was nowhere similar to what we requested them for. They were not even sorry. We had made advance payment (half) and the owner Priyanka was only eager to get the rest of the payment. We did full payment but never ordering from here again!!

This bakery is pathetic amongst all in Kanpur. Served unfresh and stale cakes which were smelly.
On complaining they showed even extra arrogance to prove the pathetic customer service they have.. Dont go for them even if its the last choice in Kanpur
