Reviews posted by other people seem to be either fake or paid. None of the things are true.

1. Staff is rude.
2. They act as if they’re treating us for free.
3. Doctor doesn’t care about your time, always 1:30-2 hours late.
4. No digital bills, no online payment. Difficult for people with Insurance.
5. No proper maintenance. Looked like a charity or a government hospital.
6. Better to visit KMC next to it.

Given reference by one of my relatives have visited the Lotus hospital for getting my mother in law treated for laparoscopic surgery of Gall bladder.
Hospital staff was cooperative and well maintained rooms.
Dr. Bhadauriya, who treated the patient was approachable and the surgery was successful. No doubt the experience he had.

I had opted for the offline claim, and Mr. Vivek, HR head at hospital was cooperative and helped with all formalities with respect to the claim procedure.

Doctor did not provide proper treatment & done only expensive tests. Finally got dischrged after 2 days & problem is as it is.
