I would like to share my recent experience at the restaurant. I found that the taste and quality of food were not up to my expectations, and the service was a bit lacking. I had to request the invoice copy multiple times from the person at the counter, and I had to persist to receive it in the end. They initially mentioned that the bill would not include eggs, which I found surprising for an eatery in a mall. The final bill was quite faint and difficult to read. While I wanted to speak with the owner about my experience, the staff informed me that they were not sure who the owner was. Overall, I found the experience a bit challenging and thought I would share my feedback. I am sure this can be improved through a genuine interest to do business and customer service, no grudges against the staff though as I don’t think they are responsible for this.
