I have had everything from their stall. But aloo tikki is my favourite. One thing was missing untill recently that they did not use Desi Ghee for frying the tikkis. But now they have both varieties of tikkis, the vegetable oil fried and Desi Ghee fried. The difference in taste is clearly evident. The tikkis have chhola masaala stuffing so they do not pour chick pea curry on the tikkis which is actually practice in western UP. But the chat is flavour full.
Another thing famous is chatni ke aloo. Pani poori jaljeera has flavour of green coriander leaves in it. There is absolutely no use of Palak in chatni. I have never seen which many notable chat shops use when the coriander becomes expensive.

Desi ghee aloo tikki was over crisp. Ideally tikki should be crisp outside and soft inside with potato stuffing, this was hard overall.

It's ok ok type, not much tasty. They are failed to maintain their name, quality and taste. Nowadays it looks like they're overhyped so I cannot suggest, better to try something else
