I call the sony service center jhansi and tell them that my sony vaio laptop want hardware repair service and then they told me that 5 years ago sony stop the services of vaio laptops and we not repair that and they talk me in a rude way. I told them that i want paid service if you give me but they talk with me in a rude way.My laptop is out of warranty but i want paid service and company component replacement parts and dont wan't local parts for my laptop and i also paid it with printed reciept if they want.but they refuse my request and said contact any local repair center. This way the sony company treated thier customers and abundent thier customers if they end any product in any country then what happed of that products if they want repair service after warrenty or company end the product.
By doing this type of things, i recommened all the people to do not buy sony any products because any time they stop the production of any products and then after warrenty they say product not any more avaible from company and stop the production so we can't repair your product at our sercive centre by company rules ,so go and repair your product at any local repairing shop.
