Please improve services for gynecologist in your hospital. We have visited twice and contacted reception 5 times. First Dr. Mukta assured that she will be available between 11 to 2,but she never turned up giving false promises that I will reply back to your WhatsApp message on Blood reports. Next the reception lady said Mukta madam is not available dr. Priyanka will visit - we confirmed with the new doctor if she will be available for consulting on emergency basis. She said yes you can call me anytime and I will assist you. It has been 3 days we are following up with her for appointment but she is unavailable. I request the authorities to please have a dedicated gynecologist so that patients do not suffer. We are in 8th month of pregnancy and this type of service is really frustrating.
