This is the worst bank to open your account in. I have been trying to close my account for the past 3 years and it is still not closed. The staff is very rude and non responsive. The woman on the front desk simply denied to help me with the closure. Inspite of submitting all the forms and going to bank 15 times, it is still not closed. And
the account balance keeps reducing due to the unnecessary fees that they charge. They are pure thieves and want to take your money. Do not use this bank.

I was here for KYC of my salary account and all I got here was numbers of staff members and everyone was like just call them.Why isn't the staff present in the office ??? And they told me to go back to home as the staff will visit my home for KYC and when I called that person he was just not responding properly.
I don't know how this branch is working, also I cannot let them handle my salary account any longer.I m here worried Abt my salary and all I got in this bank is more headache...

Worst experience ever. They need a complain to RBI. wrong phone number provided, number doesn't exist.
