Went to the other outlets of chai Sutta bar so many times , but this place doesn't look authentic. Maintenance is poor.
They provide the tea in broken kullhad same with disposable plates.
And yes except tea taste is also not same for the other snacks compared to other outlets.

Various types of beverages are available here
Friendly working staff
Environmental friendly as Using kulhad instead of plastic cup or paper cup.

I absolute love this place and location.I'm treated like a family member over here. They are always very friendly and take exceptional care of all the customer especially. The ambience is exquisite and food is pretty awesome. They serve different kinds of tea which aren't available elsewhere in Jhansi . I'm not an avid drinker of tea, still drinks here with smile. Overall pretty amazing place to hangout with friends and family. If you are in Jhansi please do visit over here. You would never be disappointed

Its 12 hour chai shop..well to say..its a good place to hang out with friends and have a quick meal or chai.. Desserts are good too

A nice place for quick bite and/or hangout. Decent service and staff. Light pricing.
