Worst Customer service and very un professional. Had given application for closing my father's account on 26th July, after his death and transferring the remaing amount to my account, being the nominee, but still the process is not completed. Again called on 16th August to sign some papers and to provide the written application and assured that it be processed by the end of tha day. But still on 17th it is not done. When given the application first time, I have completed the forms and identity, death certificates and it was told that it will be processed in one week, but nothing was done.

Worst Customer Experience.
I went to do KYC for my Corporate salary Account.
The executives were unprofessional.
They were not trying to help.
