Seriously I don't know where to start as before coming to gym I was so sceptical about whether I should go or I should join or not whether the trainers are friendly
But after joining I feel so positive vibes
awesome which eventually boost my determination and dedication. The gym is very spacious according to me which I like on the very first day. And
Everytime you did any workout the trainers @Mangal bhaiya and @Durgesh bhaiya will always there to encourage and help you. Their dedication towards their every student ( I can say that in a way) which is very motivating and which will never let you give up on anything. Also they understand what are you striving for and they will get you there and forward while having some little bit of fun(which is important part too). And with day by day the sessions will get intense and you will love the diverse workout combinations.
And I am not leaving this gym anytime soon as per my personnel experience you will get results u just have to be dedicated towards this.

Best gym of hardoi even trainer (mangal singh) is very friendly and sincere.
