Among the brands like Raymond, Vanheusen, Louis philippe etc., which are offering some finest collection of men’s wear I find Turtle as one of the emerging brands offering a new age collection of smart, dapper and breezy clothing for the urban man who wants to break free. It offers a range of collections among the men’s apparels based on the season. It is providing its collection of clothing & accessories for men in both online and offline stores. Moreover, it is also working on a social cause of protecting the endangered turtle species thorough its #SaveLittleShelly initiative.

Sorry to say but I didn't thought this type of service I will get from a brand like Turtle.

I decided to buy 2 two-piece suit set from there. (Billing of approximately 20k+)

1. Firstly I faced a misleading happened with me when manager refused to check/give correct size of pant with blazer. I requested to the owner of franchisee in evening then able to get the correct size.
2. Now comes the alterations with pants for both suits. They call a 2nd tailor for this alteration ( why I said 2nd because manager/sales man has already called one for wrong pant size alteration ) and asked me to come tomorrow, so I had given advance to secure my purchase asked by franchise.
Another day alterations was wrongly & incompletely done and then sales person started saying this is what you wanted but he was not admitting alterations was incomplete & wrong. We were discussing on this then manager seems on high pich and explaining to me this is like first time we facing this issue and thinking instead of understanding the issue.
3. Again I tried to explain the issue to manager and he agreed to take it ahead with 3rd tailor (this is on 2nd day). Now I went outside for sometime and came back with my loafers so to give them and my self better clearity on next fitting done by tailor.
4. Tailor was busy so he didn't want to come to shop then manager took the pants for alteration at tailor shop. And I asked manger to inform me about alteration can be done on same day or do I need to come next day as it was my office day (Monday).
But I didn't recieved any information although they have my number.
5. 3rd day Monday I called sales person and asked if my alteration completed and he said yes and I informed they i will come after 7pm as I am working that time.
Now in evening when I reached and try the pants and it was horribly tight from legs side and pockets were not done correctly.
6. People at store started calling tailor and asking me to talk to him and tailor started talking I'll logical things. That point again I realised that this was a big mistake to purchase from here.
...cont. (long discussion with people there) somehow I convenience them that I will take only one wrong alteration and other either you correct or I will drop and only purchase one.
One hectic purchase can tell you that it matters a lot from where you decided things to purchase. ????

Note: I wasted 2 full days & another day evening for correcting my pants alterations.

This was my first and last purchase from this store.

Their salesmen don't want to make any sales.No enthusiasm to sell anything. They won't care about customers. Their payment system doesn't work. You need to bring cash to buy anything. Also they won't even try to help you to make payments. Lazy staff. Turtle if you are reading this , you need to work on your staffing
