Its pathetic experience, i don't know why Reliance Trends is not doing anything for so many bad reviews!
I have selected 2 belts, for one of the belt tag was not there and they don't have any idea about it, for another belt it was showing item not found although tag was attached. Management people was really harsh n unsupportive.

I had a very very bad experience yesterday in Reliance trends with one of the staffs there. I purchased few items worth 10k+ but left all of them at the billing counter due to his behaviour towards us. Not only this, I even have his ID card pic that I can attach here but I pity on him as I have some humanity. He, so proudly misbehaved and allowed me to capture his ID card pic. Well, I would suggest the owner to hire people only if they have some basic ethics. Well, the shop owner can check their cctv dated 8th November, 2021 at billing counter around 8: 37 pm
