I would never recommend their make up service. Totally unprofessional behavior.
Note: It was wedding season. Since i understand the demand but still expecting the popular salon franchisee to behave professionally.
I have opt for on site make up services (they have charged extra) which could be okay if their services was satisfying.
First the makeup artist was in such rush that she just wanted to finish her job no client satisfaction was taken into considerations. Then after finishing the job she started asking to pay which i was doing it anyways but she was in such hurry that she couldn’t give me extra 5mins to call someone(as i had no mobile phone to transfer at that moment) and let her pay. Although some amount was already paid in advance. She couldn’t wait for 5-10mins and started poking me for money in front of my guests as if i am not paying her and it was already embarrassing for me.
2nd the extra hairdos and saree drape other than Bridal services she was doing for the sake of doing. Not at all good work.( full Money was charged and paid).

Waste of time
Even after showing her image for nail extensions on whatsapp she asked me to come and then she was doing something else on my nails she was trying to make me fool by sayin-hmare sare clients yhi krate hai lol I can do that nail extensions at home why should for that to her

My aunt used it couple of days ago..... The lady had no idea how to cut... The tools were old... charged over 500 for hair cut...she could not do threading also... Very upset...
