Not happy with the kind of service they gave me. Since I do not live in Gorakhpur, I asked them to courier the photos & videos in a pendrive for which I was ready to bear the cost but they stopped replying to me. All they had to was buy an envelope and write my address on it and the courier would have picked it from there shop but god knows how lazy they are. The photographer they recommended also did the same thing and stopped replying and picking my phone.
At last when they gave me the pendrive it was blank with just folders created. Again pathetic.
I wish I could give them 5 star for the decoration. But post event handling is poor.
